Technical Sales Specialist NORTHERN EUROPE (M/F)

In this role, you will:

• Technical expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for optimizing the performance of our varieties in Northern Europe.

• Develop Networks and Partnerships: Connect with stakeholders at every level of the fruit and vegetable market chain, including

suppliers and influencers, strengthen existing relationships and establish promising new ones for the future

• Innovation: in collaboration with marketing and sales teams launch new products

• Be an Ambassador: Represent us at trade fairs, professional meetings, and trial platforms.

• Shape Strategy: Apply and adapt our commercial strategy while providing valuable market insights to help guide decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• Technical knowledge: You have an experience in crop production or selling vegetable seeds in an international context, backed by

strong agronomic knowledge and expertise in high-tech crop management.

• Adaptability: You are comfortable working in multicultural environments and skilled at adapting communication to diverse audiences.

• Relationship Building: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating and sustaining long-term partnerships.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for exploring new growth opportunities

• Language & travel: Fluent in English and Dutch (French or German is a plus), with a willingness to travel frequently across Northern

Europe, especially in the Netherlands and Germany.
