Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has unveiled Arcadia by Amala, an intimate dining experience where the rich traditions of Indian cuisine are reimagined through artistic storytelling and sustainable practices.

At its heart is a seasonal 11-course menu, inspired by traditional tandoor cooking and crafted with a deep commitment to eco-conscious dining.

Led by Chef Pravish Shetty, a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience, the menu showcases his ability to preserve authentic flavors while incorporating innovative techniques. Each dish is thoughtfully designed to tell a story, offering a seamless balance between heritage and modern culinary creativity.

Guests are welcomed by the earthy aroma of fresh herbs, handpicked from Arcadia's on-site hydroponic farm, and fragrant spices sourced from across the region. Shetty sets the stage for the evening by sharing the origins of these thoughtfully chosen ingredients and the culinary traditions they honor, creating a warm and engaging introduction to the dining experience.
