InvertiGro signs MOU with Saudi-based company

InvertiGro, a global leader in innovative vertical farming solutions, and Saudi Arabia-based Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) specialist, SAQUA (Saudi Aquaculture Systems Factory), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh.

The agreement sets the foundation for a strategic collaboration aimed at co-deploying cutting-edge, sustainable farming solutions to enhance food security and optimize resource use across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

By combining InvertiGro's expertise in modular, high-yield indoor vertical farming with SAQUA's advanced aquaculture technologies, the partnership seeks to develop integrated hydroponic and aquaponic systems that will enable efficient, large-scale food production in diverse environments. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes food security, sustainability, and agricultural innovation as part of the Kingdom's broader economic diversification efforts.

Paul Millett, CEO of InvertiGro, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating:
"We believe this MOU is just the beginning and look forward to working with SAQUA to collaborate on exciting opportunities that will be mutually beneficial to both signing partners – and any projects we work together on."
