US (CA): Supplier notified of Nasdaq delisting

Nature's Miracle Holding Inc., specializing in vertical farming technology and infrastructure, recently announced that on January 13, 2025, the company received written notice that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has determined to delist the company's common stock and warrants from Nasdaq due to the company's failure to comply with minimum shareholder's equity requirement.

The notice indicated that trading in the company's common stock and warrants will be suspended, effective at the open of business on January 15, 2025.

The company has 15 days after the date to review the Hearing Panel's decision, or the Council may, on its own motion, determine to review the Hearing Panel's decision within 45 calendar days of the issuance of the decision. The Company is considering to appeal the decision.
