chemical-free leafy greens and herbs for the Denver community

Altius Farms in Denver, Colorado is an urban Tower Farm, a rooftop vertical aeroponic farm in the USA using Tower Garden aeroponic systems.

Underneath Altius Farms, on the ground level is Uchi, an award-winning restaurant that serves up a range of Japanese fare, from wagyu beef and oak-grilled fish to sushi and sashimi.

With unique crops like wasabi arugula, to mustard greens, and several edible flowers, Altius Farms caters to a wide array of restaurants including Uchi. This is an excellent example of Farm-To-Table!

Altius Farms uses Tower Gardens to provide local, chemical-free leafy greens and herbs for the Denver community. Altius Farms features 7,200 square feet (669 sq. meters) of farming space in a greenhouse and expects to produce 75,000 pounds (34,019 kilos) of leafy greens.

Altius team consists of 50% veteran workforce and a skilled team passionate for sustainable urban farming.
