US: Lettuce Grow raises $7 million from institutional and retail investors

Lettuce Grow is a food company that is an initiative of the Farm Project. They just surpassed $7 million raised from institutional and retail investors.

Run publicly, the investment deal terms are 'future equity of $100M valuation cap at a 15% discount. Lettuce Grow's upcoming launch with one of the nation's largest retailers positions them 'to reach consistent profitability next year and to 10X our revenue within just three years.'

Their loyal customers, Sticky Product: Lettuce Grow customers stay for 46 months on average. This leads to strong recurring revenue from consumables and accessories, which represent ~60% of their total revenue.

Ont op of that, the company says to have reached a community of 140K+ growers.
