Hyundai introduces Korean 'H Clean Farm'

Three new cases of the "H Series," a variety of specialized services of Hyundai E&C apartments, were first applied to the actual Hillstate complex. These three services are initially planned to be applied to Hyundai Engineering & Construction's premium apartment brand "TH", but they are noteworthy in that they were introduced first to the Hillstate complex where they previously moved in.

Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 3rd that it has prepared "H Clean Farm," "Helsifle Leisure," and "H Upcycling" among the H series at "Hillstate Bongdam," Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, which completed its move-in in 2021. H Clean Farm is an indoor farm with a size of 49.5㎡ (15 pyeong) inside the complex, and is a smart farm where artificial intelligence (AI) controls environmental factors necessary for plant growth such as light, temperature, and humidity. The operator will plant European vegetables and distribute them to residents for free, which will be distributed by receiving separate applications.

Hell's Pleasure was installed in the GX room in the community facility. AI provides a customized exercise method through body type analysis. Motion recognition-based coaching helps you exercise alone without a trainer. You can also enjoy exercise like a game through music and video.

H-up Cycling, which helps recycling separately, is characterized by AI recycling robots collecting only plastic bottles that can be recycled, increasing resource reuse rates. At the same time as recycling, you can also accumulate points for purchasing daily necessities such as bottled water on a smartphone application called "Return."
