"I've been cultivating these mushrooms from planting to drying, and whenever there were difficulties with the electricity, the power supply company was always on call, and their service was excellent."
On Oct 14, the manager of the Shizuishan Power Supply Station of the State Grid visited the mushroom cultivation shed of Xuefeng Agricultural Cooperative, a first-class farm in Dawukou township, Shizuishan city, to inspect the electrical equipment. He warmly greeted Lin Xuefeng, the head of the cooperative.
Xuefeng Agricultural Cooperative is among the first batch of village-level collective economies to be developed. Relying on the 'company + cooperative + farmer' model, the cooperative has established over 10 standardized greenhouses for planting. The varieties of shiitake mushrooms they cultivate are of high quality, plump and delicious. Driven by their influence, the number of cooperatives cultivating shiitake mushrooms in the surrounding areas has grown to five, marking the beginning of a sizable shiitake mushroom industry. Apart from supplying the local market in Dawukou, the harvested shiitake mushrooms are also exported to Yinchuan, Zhongwei, Inner Mongolia, and other regions. These humble mushrooms have become a pillar industry, driving prosperity among the masses and empowering rural revitalization.
To ensure reliable power supply for customers and foster the flourishing mushroom industry, the Shizuishan Power Supply Company has established a village-based customer service manager system through grid management, incorporating the four small services. This system provides 24-hour 'online+offline' power connection services for industries such as mushroom cultivation and pollution-free vegetable farming, actively building a 'heart-to-heart bridge' for the mushroom industry empowered by electricity.
