Profile Products has announced the addition of Ferdi van Elswijk to its Profile Growing Solutions (PGS) business. Profile welcomes van Elswijk as its global head of hydroponics. Van Elswijk will work closely with Dr. Michael Robeson, senior vice president of Profile's Innovation team, to expand the PGS hydroponics business.

Van Elswijk is a 30-year veteran of the horticulture industry. Before joining Profile, van Elswijk spent the last seven years working for Koppert Biological Systems as a key account manager for North America and crop team manager of hydroponic vegetables. He obtained significant operational and grower experience as part of the Prominent Growers Association for 11 years.
