ColdPICK, a GLC, Brand Cold Chain Material Handling System, and CDP's EZ Panel™ have joined forces to provide complete temperature-controlled cold chain solutions to the fresh fruit and vegetable supply chain by developing the line of ColdPICK EZ58 solutions.
The system utilizes modified EPS Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) combined with cooling and temperature control equipment, resulting in a one-stop 'Grow Site' cooling solution for the large and small growers of medium to high respiration fresh fruits and vegetables. The benefits of ColdPICK EZ58 Grow Site Cooling include reduced time to market, greater cash flow, and dwell time reduction resulting in less weight loss and greater revenue, with improved quality and shelf life. This system's EZ setup and take-down feature allows for multi-uses over geographic seasons, offering a high return on investment.
The EZ Panels™ are specifically designed to meet customer needs, serving as a multi-purpose solution, functioning as structural framing, insulation, sheathing, and vapor barrier, all while saving time and labor costs.
