We've just concluded the second day of "Innovation and resilience for urban food systems." 🌍 The event was opened by Natalia Boitot, the coordinator of the Food Trails project. Following that, Madeleine Coste and Chiara Roticiani from Eurocities presented updates from the European Union for cities and introduced a statement from cities to the future European Parliament and European Commission.
Next, the Food Trails workshops took place. During these workshops, the project's replication methodology was discussed, and group discussions were held on effective knowledge exchange. In the latter part of the day, participants took part in site visits: the vertical farm start-up Listny Cud and the MOST farm cooperative. 🌱
The "Innovation and resilience for urban food systems" event, held on May 22-23, was filled with valuable meetings and knowledge exchange on sustainable urban development. We eagerly look forward to more such opportunities! 💚 shares the group on LinkedIn.
