"As part of our efforts to build a greener world, we engage with students in various capacities to imbibe in them a better appreciation of sustainability, food security, and food technology.
We at Greenhood Singapore had the pleasure of hosting students from Raffles Institution during their Gap semester for them to learn the ropes of urban farming. Following this, the students took on the initiative to run our patent-pending agritech solution at their school premises. Not only did they grow an excellent harvest of crops for the school staff, but they also conducted several experiments, including use of grow lights for seedling cultivation and the study of plant composition. It was delightful to see the dedication and inquisitiveness exhibited by the students throughout their interactions with us.
We are excited to be working with a growing number of schools that are interested in bringing sustainability topics to their students. More on that later," shared Greenhood Singapore on its LinkedIn.
