An attempt to being a vertical farmer

In his continuing quest to experience different jobs, John Lui tries his hand at being a vertical farmer, at Archisen, a Singaporean vertical farm. John says, "Some years ago, somewhere in the rural wilds of Lim Chu Kang, for this column, I became a farmhand. Out there in the muck, I lost my innocence. The experience cured me of any post-retirement back-to-nature fantasies I might have harbored."
