On 24 November, the Vertical Farming Conference will take place at the Mikrocentrum in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, where various panelists will share their knowledge on vertical farming. The conference is part of the Agrifood Innovation Event that will also tackle 3D Food Printing, Protein Transition topics.
According to Pieter Hermans with Jakajima, the organization behind the event, the congress will offer a broad overview of the latest industry developments. From success factors to circularity/sustainability, from robotization, Artificial Intelligence to consumer acceptance, and from support to the protein transition to new crop production.
It’s not too late to still register for the event, which can be done here.
Last year the event coincided with the opening of the Delphy research center in Bleiswijk. The many editions before that took place in Venlo. Hence the choice has now fallen on this location.
Event partners are Gastronology, Signify, Fluence, &ever, The Sustainable Food Initiative, The Czech Technology Platform for Foodstuffs, Farm Tech Society, and FIPA - Federation of Portuguese Agro-Food Industries.
